Payment and shipment terms may vary on individual items. Please note that due to manufacturer requests Bead Lovers cannot ship some items outside the United States. If you are an International Customer, please e-mail before placing an order.
Credit cards accepted:
It is required to collect a 6.5% sales tax on purchases from Florida residents.
Customer Service is a top priority, please feel free to contact us regarding any problem or question.
Do you have a catalog?
Not at this time. Due to silver prices and manufacturing, some items may not be available all the time.
Do you take special orders?
Yes, we are pleased to offer a variety of European Beads on this website, including the popular Landmark Beads. While we keep a large amount in stock for quick shipping, we do not carry everything all of the time. Items that are not stocked are usually available within one to two weeks unless the manufacturer is out of stock. I will contact you via email should the lead time be longer than a couple of weeks. You may cancel special order items at any time and there is NO "restocking fee" or penalty.
Beaded jewelry and accessories made in our studio are normally ready for shipping within the same 2-3 days, however some items may have a longer lead time and should say that within the listing.
Is this real Sterling Silver?
YES! All beads are high quality .925 sterling silver unless specifically noted in the description, and most pieces are manufactured in either Italy or Thailand. Some are made in the USA and we normally display that proudly so you will know!
Will these beads work with my Pandora Bracelet?
YES, Biagi and Landmark beads both have a large diameter hole that is approximatly 5mm, so they will slip on and off any bracelet, including Chamilia, Troll, and many more.
Why is the product shown but there is no way to purchase or add to my shopping cart?
Items that may be out of stock or not quickly available for some reason will not display an "add to cart" button. If you have a question or want to be notified when the item is available please feel free to contact us.
Do you sell wholesale or offer discounts?
- Beads, Charms, Coins: No we do not sell wholesale
- Beaded Jewelry, Rosaries, etc: Please email or call with inquiries, minimums would apply
