Zombies, bats and gargoyles, oh my! Creepy jewelry beads are a must in Halloween jewelry. These awesome beads from Green Girl Studios are perfect for Halloween!
Halloween has always been one of my favorite times of the year and I love all of the ghostly and ghastly costumes, horror movies, and wearing spooky jewelry to work and parties.
So if you are thinking about making something new this year, check out these really cool beads from Green Girl Studios.
Bats, Zombies, Gargoyles and Skull beads for Halloween jewelry ideas
I have accumulated a nice collection beads and jewelry making supplies that are perfect for Halloween ideas! Great for jewelry designs or other Halloween crafts. This Halloween Bat bead is the perfect touch for making something creepy for Halloween!
Zombies, walkers or undead anyone?
This zombie bead is so detailed and just an awesome bead for Halloween or anytime really. Great for fans of the popular “The Walking Dead” or “Fear the Walking Dead” TV series or any other horror flick with zombies.
The actual use of Gargoyles was meant to scare off evil spirits and be a form of protection, but these gargoyle beads are still really freaky looking and are a great addition to Halloween jewelry.
And don’t forget about skulls!
Halloween would not be complete without skull beads! Skulls conjure up ideas of death and are scary looking to many people. However skulls were also traditionally used as a form of protection and to scare off bad spirits.
Please Note: Green Girl Beads DO NOT FIT ON PANDORA bracelets.
All of these really cool Green Girl Studios beads are made of pewter and the beads are fairly large, so they would be perfect as a focal bead or pendant, plus they are really affordable since Pewter is a lot less expensive than Sterling Silver.
Are you a geek or have you been called a geek or a nerd? I decided several years back to embrace the Geek within and accept my inner geekiness. But what is a Geek, really?? Well I looked up the definition.
Geek (noun) \ˈgēk\
1. : a carnival performer often billed as a wild man whose act usually includes biting the head off a live chicken or snake
2. : a person often of an intellectual bent who is disliked
3. : an enthusiast or expert especially in a technological field or activity geek
I am not a carnival performer, and I have never bit the head off of a chicken or snake, but I did have a snake wrapped around my neck once.
In school I always made really good grades, not too sure why, school was just easy. Most people didn’t like me much, but I thought it was because I was always the new kid in school.
I am an enthusiast in many types of things and activities: Star Trek, Star Wars, Reading, Halloween, Dexter, Breaking Bad, Walking Dead, et cetera.
So I qualify for all three! I have always liked things that most people do not, and have usually become enthusiastic about them, but if you look at that last definition in general… Everyone has some level of Geek inside of them!
How geeky are you?
So I was tweaking this blog post to get better SEO (isn’t that kind of geeky?) and found this cool online test. I scored 23.43173% which is somewhere in between Geek and Total Geek.
