Bridal hair accessories handmade just for you! Crystal bobby pins and sparkles for hair are now available in my Etsy Shop.
I have been making jewelry for years, and never even thought about hair accessories until recently. Most of my life I have had short hair and really didn’t use bobby pins, hair clips or hair combs.
Bridal Hair Accessories
Pretty crystals or gemstones on bobby pins are beautiful in wedding hairstyles, updos, etc. Check out all the bobby pins in my Etsy store. They are also great for parties, unique gifts for little girls, stocking stuffers and more.
Bride hair pieces with floral sprays of pearls and crystals are just gorgeous! My new passion!
I have noticed that quite a few wedding hair combs or hair decorations come from overseas. I have started learning to make these beautiful sprays and hair combs as well. Made right here is the USA.
So if you are looking for hair accessories please check out my selections! Let me know what you think 🙂
A little bling in the spring makes everything sparkle better! Swarovski Crystal Beads not only add sparkle to jewelry designs, but below are a few more ways to bedazzle projects and take them to the next level!!
Add some bling to clothing
When I was young metal studs were the in thing to add to jeans, handbags and other clothing. I loved decorating with those, but using crystal would have been so much cooler!!
Try adding Swarovski crystals to clothing in a unique design and then dress it up with other craft materials like organza ribbon, ricrac or even fabric scraps.
Create a one-of-a-kind sparkly design on the back of shirts or jackets with Iron-On Crystal Transfers – Made with Swarovski Crystal Components!
Embellish everything in the house
When it comes to home decor, the sky is the limit for adding a special sparkle with Swarovski crystals.
Dress up a simple gift bag with a charm or bracelet made with Swarovski crystals. Another idea to make a gift really unique is to use beautiful Swarovski crystals to embellish gift bags.
My favorite projects are fancy Wine Glass Charms made with Swarovski crystals or decorating an old lampshade with flowers made of Swarovski crystals.
St Patricks Day is coming in March and I wanted to share a few Irish Celtic Jewelry ideas! Even though this is right around the corner on March 17, there is still time to make something – in fact, if you love beads, there is ALWAYS time to create!
Irish jewelry ideas for St. Patrick’s Day
First of all, anything green or with a clover will work, but below are a few jewelry making ideas for inspiration!
Cell phone charms used to be all the rage! That was a short-lived trend because newer cell phones have no place to hook them. Meanwhile crafters and bead suppliers have jillions of them left over.
Likewise, when I was trying to sell my wares at local craft shows years ago, I created some cell phone charms with an assortment of really nice sterling silver bead designs and Swarovski crystal.
Guess what? I still have some of them! They are nearly impossible to sell since no one is interested in them any longer.
So what do you do with them now?
Great idea for cell phone charms
I love incense and have several types of incense burners in my home, including bottle incense holders.
They come with a large split ring and golden cord that hangs on the side. You put the incense stick into the split ring and then insert the stick in the bottle so that the smoke comes out of the top and the ventilation holes on the side.
Over the years the silver split ring had become blackened from the smoke and the little golden cord had become frayed. So I took one of those unwanted cell phone charms and attached it to a new split ring. See how nice it looks?!!
Phone charms are a great way to add a little beaded decor to just about anywhere. Check my Etsy shop to see which ones I have left 🙂

The wardrobe stylist of top rated TV shows received our jewelry this year which is exciting for the many possibilities.
These great opportunities were made possible through collaborative gift bags presented in association with The Artisan Group®.
Wardrobe stylist gifts
This Celtic dragon bracelet was gifted to the wardrobe stylist of “The Vampire Diaries” for consideration of use on future episodes.
This cool bracelet is “unisexy” and could be worn by any male or female members of the cast.
A delicately wire-wrapped necklace of Swarovski crystal beads and sterling silver was included in the gift bag from The Artisan Group that was sent to the stylists of “Girlfriends Guide to Divorce”.
Last but not least, this lovely Swarovski cream pearl necklace was hand-linked and given as a classic style necklace to the celebrity wardrobe stylist of “11/22/63”. This is a TV-mini-series based on the book written by Stephen King.
Stephen King is one of my all time favorite authors and I have read many of his books over the years, so naturally this was an exciting opportunity for me.
Crossing my fingers that any of these three jewelry pieces might catch the eye of a celebrity fashion stylist in wardrobe and costuming and be considered for use on the shows!
Examples of European Charm Beads and Bangle Bracelets
Below are a couple of other European Beads and bangles bracelets showing examples of how you can arrange different Pandora Style beads and charms.
This Stainless Steel Carlo Biagi Bangle is a smooth finish and the bangle is rigid. One of the round ball ends unscrew so that beads can be added or rearranged. This example comes with blue and gold glass beads as well as the crystal European bead in the center.
This red and pink starter bracelet has a wire etched texture and is somewhat flexible, one of the ends unscrew on this bangle bracelet also. This feminine combination is a great way to start a European beads and bangles collection, and makes great gifts for mom, your wife or girlfriend!
